By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, making a payment or participating in a consultation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any applicable Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer displayed on this website.

The consultation should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee regarding future business results.

8. No Guarantee of Business or Financial Results

No representation or guarantee is made regarding:

• Any specific future event or outcome

Actual business results depend on numerous factors outside the scope of astrology, including market demand, competition, skills, capital, pricing, management, customer acquisition, economic conditions and execution.

11. Booking and Appointment Confirmation

An enquiry alone does not necessarily constitute a confirmed appointment.

A consultation is considered confirmed once the applicable booking process and payment requirements communicated for that service have been completed and the appointment has been confirmed.

12. Consultation Fees and Payment

The applicable consultation fee will be the amount displayed or communicated to the client at the time of booking.

Where advance payment is required, the appointment may not be considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received.

Payment methods, payment gateways and payment instructions may change over time.

14. Rescheduling Policy

A client may request one reschedule for a confirmed consultation.

The rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

The new appointment will be subject to available consultation dates and times.

15. Late Cancellation and No-Show

A cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation is considered a late cancellation.

Late cancellations are non-refundable.

If a client fails to attend the scheduled consultation without an eligible rescheduling request, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.

16. Provider Cancellation

If Robin Ayyappan – ALP needs to cancel a confirmed consultation, the client will be given the opportunity to reschedule to another available date.

If the purchased consultation cannot be provided by Robin Ayyappan – ALP, a refund may be issued for the service that could not be delivered.

17. Client Attendance and Punctuality

Clients are responsible for being available at the scheduled consultation time and for joining the Google Meet session using a suitable internet connection and compatible device.

Clients should join on time so that the available consultation period can be used effectively.

A late arrival by the client may reduce the amount of consultation time available and does not automatically extend the scheduled appointment.

18. Technical Issues

Online consultations depend on internet connectivity, devices and third-party platforms such as Google Meet.

If a significant technical issue on the provider's side prevents the consultation from being delivered, reasonable arrangements may be made to continue or reschedule the affected consultation.

Technical issues caused by the client's device, internet connection or local environment do not automatically create a right to a refund.

19. Google Meet and Third-Party Platforms

Consultations may use Google Meet and communications may use services such as WhatsApp, email, enquiry-form platforms or other third-party systems.

These services operate independently and may be subject to their own terms, policies, availability and technical requirements.

Consultations are currently available in:

• Tamil
• English
• Hindi

The preferred consultation language may be selected or communicated during the booking process.

21. Confidentiality and Personal Information

Personal information submitted for the consultation will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and reasonable business practices.

Clients should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information that is not relevant to the consultation.

22. Consultation Recordings

A consultation should not be recorded, reproduced, publicly distributed or commercially reused by either party without appropriate permission from the other party, except where required by law.

If a recording option is offered in the future, any applicable recording terms should be communicated separately.

Unless otherwise stated, website content, written explanations, consultation materials, graphics, branding and original educational materials belonging to Robin Ayyappan – ALP may not be copied, republished, sold, reproduced or commercially distributed without permission.

Personal notes taken by a client for their own private use are not restricted by this clause.

Clients agree to use the consultation service lawfully and respectfully.

Abusive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent or unlawful conduct may result in the consultation being refused or discontinued where reasonably necessary.
